Delivery Within Sri Lanka

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Colombo and suburbs: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Remote/outstation areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to CLOUZE.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some CLOUZE items may be sold as limited drops, restocks, or pre-orders.

If an item has a delayed dispatch period, the expected timeframe will be shown on the product page or communicated separately.

International Shipping
