Processing Time

Orders with online payment or verified bank transfer ship within 1–2 business days

Bank transfer verification: 2–4 business hours on Mon–Fri

Dispatch countdown starts after verification

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch:

  • Zone A: 1–3 business days
  • Zone B: 2–4 business days
  • Zone C: 3–5 business days

Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and can vary due to weather, access, or courier load

Order Tracking

Tracking link is sent by email/SMS once Koombiyo scans the parcel

If tracking doesn't update within 24 hours, message via WhatsApp or email with your order code

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

Before dispatch: Address can be updated—contact ASAP with order code

After dispatch: CLOUZE will request a reroute with courier (may add 1 business day)

Failed delivery: If due to incorrect address/unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply

Packaging & Partial Shipments

Items ship in protective mailers/boxes

Large orders may be split into multiple parcels (multiple tracking links)

Shipping is charged per parcel

Restrictions

  • No shipping to P.O. boxes
  • Hazardous items aren't part of catalog
  • During peak periods or severe weather, delivery may be slower than estimates

Damaged / Wrong Item

Must be reported within 48 hours with photos (item, tags, packaging) + order code
