What's not covered right now
- • Change of mind / size didn't fit
- • Normal wear, washing damage, or color variance due to screens
- • Minor measurement tolerances (±0.5" / ±1.3 cm) or natural fabric changes (~2–3%)

Order changes & cancellations
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can update the address, size, or cancel—message us quickly with your order code.
Packaging & inspection
Keep the original packaging and tags until you've checked the item. For defect claims, items must be unused and unwashed when you contact us.
