Processing Time

Orders placed with online payment or verified bank transfer ship within 1–2 business days.

Bank transfers are verified within 2–4 business hours on Mon–Fri; dispatch countdown starts after verification.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once Koombiyo scans your parcel.

If tracking doesn't update within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order code.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

Before dispatch

We can update your address—contact us ASAP with your order code.

After dispatch

We'll request a reroute with the courier (may add 1 business day).

Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

Packaging & Partial Shipments

We ship items in protective mailers/boxes.

Large orders may be split into multiple parcels (you'll get multiple tracking links).

Shipping is charged per parcel.

Restrictions

  • • We don't ship to P.O. boxes
  • • Hazardous items are not part of our catalog
  • • During peak periods or severe weather, delivery may be slower than the estimates above

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos (item, tags, packaging) and your order code. We'll replace or resolve promptly.
